Ac. Nagina
The devotional classic Ananda Katha, originally serialised in the magazine Prajina Bharati, gives an insider’s look into the fascinating life of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti.
Acarya Chandranathji has written in his foreword to Ananda Katha, “I consider Acarya Nagina, a great devotee of modern times, as Bhaktiraj, the king of Devotees.” Baba Himself said, “Nagina is a true lover of Justice. That is why I love him. . .”. Naginada however, frequently refers to himself in deprecating terms, and it is this humility, together with unflinching honesty and self-analysis, that makes Ananda Katha not only a collection of inspiring stories about Baba and a much beloved devotee, but a practical guide for all sadhakas. No one who has grappled with their own discipline, practices and failings can fail to be inspired and encouraged by these stories of a fellow spiritual wayfarer also struggling, but nevertheless being both favored and lovingly guided by his guru. Naginada’s closeness and familiarity with Baba makes him seem at first a world apart; then his self-confessed weaknesses and unwitting mistakes allow us to identify with him and feel that perhaps we too can be accepted so closely and loved so intimately by Baba. Ananda Katha is truly a handbook for every person on the spiritual path.
Ac. Vijayananda Avadhuta
A brief account of personal stories about Shrii Shrii Anandamurti.
Ac. Ramananda Avadhuta
For thirteen years Dada Ramananda served as Shrii Shrii Anandamurti’s personal assistant, giving him unprecedented access to one of the most important and controversial spiritual masters of the modern age. He witnessed these critical years of the master’s life, including his arrest and subsequent persecution by the Indira Gandhi government, from a privileged vantage point that allowed him to see a side of Anandamurti that few disciples ever saw: the personal, intimate details of the master’s daily life. In these memoirs, Dada draws back the curtain and ushers us into the guru’s inner circle, giving us a unique behind-the-scenes view of one of the least-known but most important personalities of our time. Dada Ramananda’s account is a treasure trove of material for historians and future devotees of God. Ravi Batra, prize-winning economist and the author of The Downfall of Capitalism and Communism Exquisite writing. Exquisite story telling. … This book is a true gem.

The book “Baba the Lord” is a compilation of 108 true stories realized by a disciple (author) about his master who is lovingly called Baba. The book narrates how Baba’s progressive and universal ideas created a big stir in the society, how He single handedly faced all challenges and how He eventually emerged vicotrious. Based on His ideas, two service organisations: Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team and PROUT (PROgressive Utilization Theory) became sitting members of United Nations as NGOs. “I was very sick during the summer of 1997. After recovering I found that my memory had gone weak. Therefore I felt that a lot of information that I gathered during my various meetings with Baba was fading in my mind and if I did not write and publish it now it will be lost forever and would never reach the forthcoming generations. I was fortunate enough to be told by Baba many abnormal and unusual pieces of information and facts which I think should be passed on to the coming generations without delay and fail. That is why this book comes into existence. I have chosen to write this book in English for international readers as English is an international language.”

“History bears testimony that whenever a person states the absolute truth in any sphere of life, whether it be spiritual, social, economic or otherwise, sought clarification of doubts or protested against injustice and wrongs, the evil forces forthwith plotted against the person, administered poison, slandered and assaulted that person with rage, misused authority and mercilessly dealt blow after blow; but the blows boomeranged and ultimately the evil forces were annihilated by those very blows. Remember, by an unalterable decree of history, the evil forces are destined to meet their final doom.”

Personal Experiences with my Master
Dada Dharmavedananda
Travels with the Mystic Master is a fusion of mysticism and adventure. It recounts the real-life exploits of spiritual teacher and yogi, Dada Dharmavedananda. Joining his quest for spiritual awakening, we journey from the wealthy suburbs of Chicago to austere training ashrams in India, where he meets Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, perhaps the least understood and most important figure in the Tantric tradition.
As the first Westerner to receive initiation into the ancient order of avadhutas, Dharmavedananda offers a unique eyewitness account of the workings of an all-powerful Tantric master. We learn about meditation, luminous beings, past lives, good and bad occult powers, psychic battles with avidya Tantrics (black magicians), the master’s beating stick, how the impossible is made possible and much more. With every page, Dharmavedananda takes us deeper and deeper into a world that few have ever visited, about which even fewer have written.
